Who we are
We are experienced in training individuals to operate on both cruise ships and on land in niche market. On land we have operated with great satisfaction of our clients both on technical sites (oil rigs, remote working campsites, mines and hotels)

How we do it
New Discovery Concept Limited has created a project with the aim of promoting awareness to the world that we can turn an ordinary individual into a cruise ship crew member a 5 star hotel staff. We also ensure that our students become the best in all the aspects of Quality of Products and Services. It’s a whole methodology, which is presented to all students in New Discovery Concept to ensure that the objectives are accomplished

Our Trainings
New Discovery Concept will always train people who will support the owner in the maintenance of the onboard hotel inventory setup of par stock, identify procurement sources, eventual ordering etc. We will be responsible to setup, train and dispatch the hotel crew according to the owner indications in a timely matter with operation requirements
We also train individuals in the following areas:
– Food Service (Main Restaurant, Self Service, Ev, Pay Restaurants)
– Front office(Reception and Guest Relations) and Back Office (Administration, Purser Office)
